Samsung Listen to On-Hold Music through your handset speaker or headset
Do you have a music source attached to your Samsung telephone system that is played to callers when they are placed on hold?
You can set your handset to play this same music through the speaker or headset when your extension is not in use.
With the handset in place, press the Hold button. Press Hold again to deactivate music.
When you receive or make a call the music is automatically muted for the duration of the call.
