We switched to Plexus about 18 months ago and have been very happy with the service. It was our first time moving to a virtual system, and they walked us through the whole process very patiently! They even provided us with personalised training. Several of our staff have vary...ing access requirements, so an accessible system was very important - the system itself has been user friendly, and the staff are always willing to assist if we have any trouble. The staff are so proactive and skilled, always friendly, and no problem is too difficult to handle. We also love that everything is local.
